booking terms

Prior to accepting a project, a contract of works will be emailed to be agreed, indicating lead time, the specification and fee.
Please note that the fee does not include any consumable materials, or in specific circumstances, travel or accomodation expenses.

if you have made a booking for work, please note there is a 24 hour cancellation period prior to works commencing. After this point the full fee will be due, as other projects may have had to be rejected, or travel and accomodation already paid for.
In the event that the contract has been signed and travel and accomodation has been paid, but no other booking has been rejected, only non refundable expenses will be due.
